Launching Glow Recipe in Vietnam
Expanding a company internationally may seem challenging, but it is even more difficult than it looks. In my FIDM Global Business class, we were taught the many nuanced decisions required to launch a beauty brand internationally from which market to launch in to which method of distribution to use. We were then put into groups and tasked with choosing a developing country from a prescribed list and choose a beauty brand to launch in that country as well as develop the strategy to launch said beauty brand into their new market. My group chose to launch a brand and Vietnam and the brand we chose was Glow Recipe. Attached are various documents we created over the quarter.
